How do I book a cleaning?

Can I set up a recurring cleaning schedule?

Yes. Choose a recurring frequency during booking and get a discount on recurring plans.
Are your cleaners background-checked?

Every cleaner is screened and trained before their first visit.
What products do you use?

We use high-quality, eco-friendly products that are safe for your family and pets where possible.
How do I cancel or reschedule?

There is no cancellation fee up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit. Contact us via phone or WhatsApp to reschedule.
What's included in a Regular Home Cleaning?

Routine maintenance across every room — dusting and wiping surfaces, cleaning mirrors and internal windows, vacuuming/mopping floors, and emptying bins — plus bed-making and general straightening. It covers routine maintenance only; deep cleaning, heavy stains/grease, mould treatment, appliance interiors, window exteriors, carpet extraction and upholstery cleaning aren't included unless stated in your quotation. What's included in a Deep Cleaning?

A top-to-bottom clean of every room — including ceiling fans, light fixtures, AC vent exteriors, skirting, cabinet interiors/exteriors, window frames and tracks, plus a scrub-and-sanitize of the kitchen and bathroom (grout, backsplash, appliance exteriors, limescale). Full room-by-room scope is on the Deep Cleaning service page. It's subject to the property's actual condition — heavy stains, mould, appliance interiors, AC ducts, carpet extraction and upholstery cleaning are excluded unless specifically quoted.
What's included in Move-in/Move-out Cleaning?

A full deep clean of an empty (unfurnished) property before move-in or after move-out — every room top to bottom, including cabinet interiors, window frames/tracks, and a full kitchen and bathroom scrub. What's included in Office Cleaning?

Reception and common areas, workstations, glass/doors/partitions, pantry, washrooms, conference rooms and floors — dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing high-touch surfaces and emptying bins throughout. Cleaning covers accessible areas only; heavy equipment isn't moved unless agreed in advance, and specialist services (carpet extraction, upholstery, AC ducts, exterior/high-level glass) are excluded unless quoted.
