1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking, purchasing, or using any service provided by Pinas Cleaning Solutions, a business operating in Dubai and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with applicable UAE laws, including the UAE Civil Transactions Law (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985), UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020), and its Executive Regulations.
2. Nature of Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to deep cleaning, home cleaning, office cleaning, upholstery and carpet cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, AC duct cleaning, and pest control, subject to availability and service area coverage across Dubai and Sharjah.
3. Booking, Estimates & Pricing
Prices shown at the time of booking are estimates based on the service selected and the space size band you provide. As disclosed at booking, the final price is confirmed by our team upon on-site inspection, based on the actual size, condition, and scope of work required. All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate prescribed under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on VAT, unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment incur no fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to provide access to the property, may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover technician dispatch costs.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a separate agreement is made for recurring or corporate accounts. We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and approved online wallet payments. Late or disputed payments may be subject to collection procedures permitted under UAE commercial law.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property, disclose any hazardous materials, fragile items, or special conditions in advance, and ensure valuables are secured. Our technicians reserve the right to decline unsafe work conditions.
7. Service Guarantee & Complaints
If you are not satisfied with a completed service, you must notify us within 24 hours so we can inspect and, where appropriate, offer a re-clean or remedy, consistent with your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law. Complaints raised after this period may not be eligible for free remedy.
8. Limitation of Liability
Pinas Cleaning Solutions is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to items not disclosed prior to service. Our liability for proven direct damage caused by our staff is limited to the cost of repair or replacement, and to the extent permitted under UAE Civil Transactions Law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Insurance
Where applicable, our operations are covered by liability insurance in accordance with UAE business licensing requirements. Claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and are subject to verification.
10. Health, Safety & Products Used
We use cleaning products and equipment in compliance with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations, including guidelines issued by Dubai Municipality and Sharjah Municipality. Eco-friendly products are used where possible; customers with allergies or sensitivities should inform us in advance.
11. Employment & Labor Compliance
All Pinas Cleaning Solutions staff are engaged in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labor Relations, including applicable wage protection, working hour, and occupational health and safety requirements.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai or Sharjah, as applicable, or referred to the relevant consumer protection authority.
13. Amendments
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or UAE law. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
